1 Acceptance and Consent

By using the xbazee website and all its services, you give your full consent to these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use this platform.

This agreement exists between you (the user) and xbazee (the entity operating the platform). These terms and conditions are a legally binding document that governs all your activities on the xbazee platform.

By accessing, registering, depositing, playing games, or using any service on the xbazee platform, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.

2 Account Registration

2.1 Registration Eligibility

To open an account on xbazee, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• All personal information you provide must be completely accurate and correct.
• One person may open only one account.
• No previous account in your name has been banned or closed.

2.2 Account Responsibility

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. You are solely responsible for all activities carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify xbazee support immediately.

2.3 Information Verification

xbazee may request additional documents at any time to verify your identity. If the required documents are not provided, the account may be temporarily suspended.

3 Age Verification

xbazee is for users aged 21 and above only. Registration, deposits, or gaming by minors on this platform is strictly prohibited.

You must provide your date of birth at the time of registration. xbazee may request a government-issued ID (national identity card or passport) at any time for age verification. xbazee reserves the right to hold withdrawals until age verification is complete.

If you register with a false age, your account will be terminated immediately and all associated deposited funds may be forfeited.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on xbazee is ৳200 (two hundred taka). Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposited funds must come from a payment account registered in the user's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal processing is generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

• Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be temporarily held if active bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• xbazee reserves the right to investigate unusual or suspicious withdrawal requests.

4.3 Transaction Responsibility

Keep records of all your deposit and withdrawal transactions. If a transaction is made with incorrect information, it may fail and xbazee will not be held responsible for that.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

xbazee offers new members a 100% first deposit bonus, up to ৳20,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000; or deposit ৳42,000 and receive ৳20,000 in bonus, giving a total of ৳62,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To receive the welcome bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times (20x) before withdrawal. Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳20,000 (1,000 × 20) in bets.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A user may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• There is a set time limit for claiming a bonus — the bonus will be cancelled if the deadline passes.
• If an attempt is made to claim bonuses from multiple accounts, all accounts will be terminated.
• xbazee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
• In any dispute related to bonuses, xbazee's decision will be considered final.

5.4 VIP Program

xbazee has four VIP levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback is available at each level, up to 0.3% at Bronze, 0.6% at Silver, 0.9% at Gold, and 1.2% at Platinum. Contact xbazee support for information on advancing to a higher VIP level.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play

xbazee is committed to ensuring fair and transparent gaming. The outcome of all games is determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is completely unbiased.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a technical error or disruption occurs in any game, xbazee reserves the right to cancel or restart that round. Payments made incorrectly due to technical issues will be cancelled.

6.3 Game Availability

xbazee reserves the right to temporarily or permanently remove any game for maintenance, updates, or regulatory reasons. Efforts will be made to notify users in advance.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Providing false or misleading personal information.
• Misusing bonuses or promotions (bonus abuse).
• Attempting to manipulate the gaming system or software in any way.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Operating an account on behalf of a third party.
• Engaging in money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Making fraudulent chargeback claims against xbazee.
• Playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Harassing other users or engaging in offensive behavior.

8 Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 xbazee's Rights

xbazee reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud or deception.
• Providing false information or failing identity verification.
• For legal or regulatory reasons.

8.2 Closure at User's Request

You may request to close your account at any time via live chat or email. All valid withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

xbazee places the highest importance on protecting your personal information. Our platform uses SSL encryption technology, which keeps all your information and financial transactions secure.

• Services being suspended due to legal or government directives.

xbazee is not obligated to honor any reward or bonus awarded in error due to a technical fault, and reserves the right to cancel such awards.

12 Changes to Terms

xbazee reserves the right to change, update, or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified in their accounts in the case of important changes.
